SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders require a minimum deposit
of 50% at the time of order and the
balance will be due at the time the item is ready to be shipped.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Any items returned to European Motorcycle Accessories must have a return authorization number.
Please call to obtain return authorization approval. Returns will only be
accepted within 14 days and must be accompanied by the invoice or
receipt and the original packaging
in resalable condition.
All returns are subject to a
minimum 20% restocking fee. There will be no returns on special
orders and electrical
items. All sales of closeout and clearance items are final.
Cancellations and refused shipments are subject to a
minimum 20% restocking and/or repacking fee.
All warranties are honored by the product
manufacturers. The purchaser of any part releases the Manufacturer of
those parts and European Motorcycle Accessories Inc. from any and all
liabilities pertaining to the use of those parts. The purchaser
recognizes that the alteration or modification of any motor vehicle may
increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the vehicle
illegal for use on public roads and highways. Parts are intended
for closed course and competition use only and are therefore sold
"as-is" to be used at your own risk.
