This design feature ensures that, in the interest of safety, it
is impossible for the handlebar tube to come out of its socket
until the pinch bolt is completely removed. The handle bar itself
is manufactured from precisely draw high tensile H30 aluminum
tube. After machining, it is polished, anodized and fitted with a
lightweight nylon ball end. Once fitted, the quick Release design
of the handlebar tube in the machined clamp means that in the
event of damage it is only a moments work to slip out the
offending item and replace with the new. The Handlebar tube on the
product is the same size as standard, so all handlebar furniture
(throttles, switches, etc.) will fit.
